They are so easy and take less than 15 minutes to make. They are creamy, buttery and salty with the hint of fresh rosemary and heat from the cayenne pepper. The perfect pre-dinner appetizer or addition to any charcuterie board!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted cashews
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place cashews on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes until the nuts are warmed through.
While nuts are baking, melt the butter on the stovetop on low heat. Stir in the honey, rosemary, salt and cayenne pepper.
Place warmed nuts in a bowl and mix in butter mixture. Let sit for 1 hour before serving so they are not greasy.
