Initial Assessment with 1 Follow Up Session $225
FOR NEW CLIENTS:
Prior to your first session, you will fill out forms pertaining to past and current health concerns, a diet and lifestyle questionnaire and a 3 day food log of your typical diet. This allows a better understanding of your unique relationship with food and how it affects your condition.
Session 1: Initial meeting, 75 minute in-person or virtual telehealth visit
-
Discuss your medical history, your current health and nutrition concerns and go over your comprehensive dietary analysis to discuss any nutrient deficiencies that need to be addressed.
-
Education on your specific condition and how it relates to gut health and the importance of dietary and lifestyle changes to decrease potential causes of inflammation.
-
Discuss overall lifestyle factors outside of nutrition (exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene and mindset) to see what areas may be contributing to symptoms.
-
Following this session, you will be sent a summary and a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle plan with resources and recipe recommendations based on your diet, symptoms and goals.
Session 2: Follow up, 45 minute
-
The comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle plan will be reviewed, discuss changes that have been implemented, challenges and questions that arose, update goals and discuss the need for future sessions.
Additional Follow Up Visits - $85
FOR ESTABLISHED CLIENTS SEEN WITHIN THE PAST 12 MONTHS:
45 minute a la cart follow up sessions may be warranted based on client goals. If it has been longer than 12 months since last visit, a new Initial Assessment will need to be scheduled.
12 Month Remission Package - $725
This package includes the 75 minute initial assessment plus 5 - 45 minute follow-up sessions for a total of 5 hours of personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling. These visits must be used within one calendar year.
Healing takes time! A 12 month program allows us to continuously tweak treatment and assess trends in symptoms and lab work to find the perfect nutrition and lifestyle plan that will be sustainable for long-term remission.
Nutrition therapy may initially involve a period of elimination of certain food categories to help detect food triggers. The goal will be to work towards expanding your diet while ensuring you are adequately nourished and continue to thrive symptom-free.
In addition to the 6 visits, this package includes:
-
Customized meal plans with consideration for your unique needs and preferences
-
Guidance with menus, assistance with grocery shopping lists and meal planning
-
Guidance with symptom and food journal monitoring
-
Unlimited messaging throughout the program for support when you need it most.
-
Communication with your medical team to ensure a team approach to your personalized nutrition plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do your credentials mean?
I bagan my career as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist after recieving my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northwestern University in 2006. I earned my Certified Nutritional Physical Therapist (CNPT) title in 2021 and went on to specialize by completing the Certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition Specialist (CAHNS) program in 2022.
Do you take insurance?
No, I do not take insurance. Most insurance companies do not cover nutritional counseling. If I would accept insurance, then I am limited to what the insurance company would allow in terms of the kind of help I can provide and the work I can do. By not being a part of an insurance network, it allows me to ensure the quality, timeliness, and flexibility of your nutiriton plan.
Can I upgrade a package at any time?
Yes. If you start off with the initial assessment and 1 follow-up package and decide that you would like to upgrade to the 12-month remission package that offers additional services, you can do so at any time.
Are all appointments virtual?
Yes. Unless you live local to me, all appointments will be virtual. If you live within a 20-mile radius, additional in-person visits are an option. These can include trips to the local grocery store for ingredient reading and healthy swap education.
I don't have a diagnosis, can I still work with you?
If you do not have a medical diagnosis, I can provide general nutrition advice. As an evidence-based practitioner, I could not provide evidence-based recommendations customized to a specific medical condition. Nutritional recommendations will be different for different conditions and unique circumstances, it is not a one-sized-fits-all.
Do you work with kids?
Yes, I work with kids as young as 5 and adults of all ages. With children, I like to incorporate them into part of the sessions and do some fun education through reading books, talking about our nutrition color characters (like Mr. Broccoli!), and teaching them the importance of eating our rainbow of healthy fruits and vegetables.
