Most commercially sold popsicles are loaded with sugar, corn syrup and artificial food coloring. Even popsicles that are labeled “sugar-free” or “made from real fruit” usually still contain gums, stabilizers and other unhealthy ingredients.
These easy popsicles can be made at home in less than 10 minutes with only five ingredients! They are a great healthy, sugar-free and lactose-free dessert treat for the summer.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender then pour into a silicone popsicle mold. Freeze until ready to enjoy.
