This Spicy Salsa will bring the heat to your summer dishes. It is a great topper to any chicken, pork or fish dish. It also pairs nicely spooned atop grilled vegetables, on a salad or as a topping option for taco night. You can adjust the heat by decreasing the amount of jalapeños and Serrano peppers.
Ingredients:
4 banana peppers
1 jalapeño
1 Serrano
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Remove the stem and seeds and finely chop the peppers and place in a bowl. Add finely chopped tomatoes and garlic along with oil, vinegar and salt and stir together.
An option would be to process all ingredients in a food processor to make a smooth salsa.
