Celeriac (celery root) is a very versatile and low-carb alternative to potatoes. It is loaded with fiber and important vitamins and minerals such Vit B6, C and K. It is also a great source of antioxidants.

If you are curious, the wine paired with this meal is the Cab Franc from the biodynamic estate of Elisabetta Foradori @ampeleia. When eating a clean diet for your health, you should also aim to drink a clean organic wine.
